Christina Alexiou was born in Athens, Greece, and has had a life-long relationship with design before launching her eponymous brand.

From working as a fashion editor for established magazines to becoming an interior designer for some of the most iconic nightclubs in Greece, Christina has always aimed to infuse her creations with a strong sense of atmosphere. Her creative attitude has been driven by the deep belief that “what makes something beautiful is how it makes you feel,” so beauty must have substance and character.

Shifting her interest from fashion, Christina fell in love with the deeply personal nature of jewelry. Being a jewelry collector for many years, she was particularly fond of ethnic pieces as their beauty goes beyond aesthetics to express a cultural and personal identity. Her native country of Greece has also had a long-standing tradition in jewelry that Christina has deeply admired and studied closely over the years. Honoring her personal heritage and believing that jewelry should not only be ornate but also emanate the wearer, Christina turned to jewelry design and has successfully established a unique style that has caught the eye of the jewelry world.
